The Short Pipe Intelligent Threading Machine is designed for manufacturers requiring efficient processing of short threaded pipe sections and pipe nipples.
In traditional pipe threading operations, short pipe sections are difficult to clamp and position accurately with conventional threading equipment, resulting in unstable threading quality and higher dependence on operator experience. This machine solves this problem by adding a dedicated short pipe positioning system, ensuring stable positioning and reliable threading performance for short pipe fabrication.
The machine can process pipe sections with a minimum length of 70mm. For double-end threaded pipe nipples, operators can complete one-side threading, then reverse the pipe for second-side threading.
The short pipe positioning device uses replaceable positioning dies according to different pipe diameters, allowing accurate processing of various pipe specifications.
Based on the intelligent XWPTS threading system, the machine features PLC control, hydraulic clamping and servo-driven threading operation, providing stable pipe fixation, consistent thread quality and improved production efficiency.
