The Heavy Duty Double-Head Pipe Threading System is developed for large-diameter pipe manufacturers requiring efficient and reliable automatic threading solutions.
For large-diameter pipes, traditional threading operations often require multiple operators and manual pipe rotation between processes, increasing production difficulty and labor costs.
This system uses two fixed heavy-duty threading heads and a servo-controlled translation rack. After one pipe end is threaded, the translation rack automatically moves the pipe to the opposite threading head for second-end threading, eliminating manual pipe turning.
The system is equipped with QNTS150A large-diameter intelligent threading units, designed for 2.5"-6" (DN65-DN150) steel pipe processing.
The heavy-duty threading structure provides higher stability and stronger processing capability for large fire protection pipes and industrial pipeline applications.
The translation rack can be customized according to required pipe length. Standard systems support 1.2m-6m pipe processing, while longer lengths can be customized.
With intelligent PLC control, hydraulic clamping and servo positioning technology, the system ensures stable operation, accurate pipe positioning and consistent thread quality.
