The Intelligent Pipe Threading Machine is an automatic steel pipe threading solution developed for fire protection, MEP and industrial pipeline fabrication. Compared with traditional manual threading equipment, this machine improves production consistency, reduces operator dependence and provides stable thread quality for batch pipe processing.
Equipped with intelligent PLC control, servo-driven spindle and automatic clamping system, the machine automatically manages pipe positioning, clamping and threading operations. Operators can adjust processing parameters through the touchscreen control interface, improving operation efficiency and production consistency.
The series includes four models to meet different pipe processing requirements:

• XWPTS50A: Suitable for 1/2"–2" steel pipe threading

The machine supports common pipe thread standards including BSPT/BSPP threads, with NPT threading available upon request according to different project requirements and customer specifications.
