Description:
The Automatic Double-Head Pipe Threading System is developed for high-efficiency steel pipe threading in fire protection, MEP and building pipeline prefabrication applications.
Traditional pipe threading operations usually require operators to manually rotate or transfer long pipes between processes. This increases labor intensity and reduces production efficiency, especially for large-volume fire sprinkler pipe fabrication.
This system solves these challenges by combining two automatic threading heads with a servo-controlled translation rack. The pipe moves between the two threading stations while the threading heads remain fixed, allowing efficient double-end threading without manual pipe turning.
The system is based on the XWQNTS intelligent threading platform and includes multiple models:

• QNTS50A: Suitable for 1/2"-2" (DN15-DN50) pipe threading
• QNTS65A: Suitable for 1/2"-2.5" (DN15-DN65) pipe threading
• QNTS80A: Suitable for 1/2"-3" (DN15-DN80) pipe threading
• QNTS100A: Suitable for 1/2"-4" (DN15-DN100) pipe threading

The translation rack length can be customized according to customer requirements. The standard configuration supports pipe lengths from 1.2m to 6m, while longer processing lengths can be customized.
Equipped with intelligent PLC control, hydraulic pipe clamping and servo positioning technology, the system provides stable pipe movement, accurate positioning and consistent thread quality during continuous production.
Optional loading racks and unloading racks are available to further improve workshop automation.
