What should be done if the die head of a threading machine produces threads of uneven depth on one side?

There are generally several situations that can cause uneven thread depth when using a threading machine:
Dies are conventional consumable parts of a threading machine. First, check if the die is damaged; replace it promptly if damage is found.
Check if the cooling system automatically sprays oil to cool the die during threading. When the threaded length reaches the preset length, check if the die automatically opens. Also, verify if the die model matches the specification of the workpiece being threaded.
Clean the die thoroughly and remove it for cleaning after prolonged use. Ensure the die head is also cleaned properly.
Place the workpiece to be threaded into the chuck. Check if the workpiece is loose or not securely clamped, which may cause misalignment during impact.
Check if the steel bar clamp and the front spindle are concentric. Adjust them promptly if they are not concentric.
Inspect if the rolling dies are severely worn. Replace them if necessary.
A small slide span that is difficult to stabilize may also cause uneven thread depth when using a threading machine.
