Auses and Solutions for Faults in Sprinkler Pipe End Forming Machines When using automatic mode, the time relay exhibits overworking.
1. The time relay is damaged.
2. When starting up, the fuse blows.
Short circuit in the wiring or motor burnout.
3. No response when starting?
Intermittent power supply or short circuit in the wiring. Check if the auxiliary contacts of the contactor, the plug-in connector, or the button section are damaged or jammed.
4. After starting, the machine stops unexpectedly and resumes after the knife switch is disconnected?
(1) Contacts have been used for too long or excessive current has caused them to weld together and fail to release.
(2) For model 40 machines, it may be a toggle switch failure; for other models, it could be a button failure.
(3) Caused by oil contamination on the surfaces of the two plates of the electromagnet core.
5. Leakage current?
If leakage is felt before starting the motor without it running, it indicates damage to the wiring above the contactor. Check for damaged sections between the control system and the circuit board system. If leakage occurs after startup, it is leakage below the contactor; check for damaged parts between the motor and the circuit board system.
6. Contactor fails to engage properly and vibrates multiple times when the start button is pressed?
(1) If there is poor connection between the contactor coil and the control button, locate and secure the loose connection.
(2) Damaged start button.
The above are the common fault causes and solutions for sprinkler pipe end forming machines. Hope this helps.
