The CNQG-65 Automatic Pipe Cutting & Nesting Machine is a fully automatic steel pipe cutting solution developed for fire sprinkler pipe prefabrication, MEP pipe fabrication and industrial steel pipe processing applications.
The machine integrates automatic pipe feeding, servo-controlled length positioning, intelligent cutting calculation, hydraulic self-centering clamping and automatic saw cutting into one complete system, providing high cutting accuracy, stable operation and improved production efficiency.
Unlike conventional pipe cutting equipment, the CNQG-65 automatically calculates optimized cutting sequences according to the cutting list, helping reduce material waste and improve raw material utilization. The servo feeding system ensures precise positioning of each cutting length, while the Mitsubishi PLC and industrial computer provide reliable and intelligent control throughout the cutting process.
Designed for steel pipes from 1/2" to 2.5" with a standard pipe length of 6 m, the machine is suitable for high-volume pipe prefabrication. The cutting cycle is approximately 3–5 seconds per cut, depending on pipe size and cutting conditions.
The heavy-duty machine structure features a rigid frame, precision ball screws, heavy-load linear guideways and hydraulic self-centering clamping to ensure accurate positioning, smooth operation and long service life. The enclosed protective cover helps protect key components and improves operator safety.
The CNQG-65 can also be integrated with a storage rack, automatic double-head pipe threading machine or pipe grooving machine to build a complete automatic fire sprinkler pipe prefabrication production line, helping manufacturers achieve standardized and efficient pipe processing.
