Features of the Small S8139 Type Pipe Threader

The small S8139 type pipe threader is characterized by its compact structure, precise manufacturing, simple operation, and convenient maintenance. It is equipped with industrial PLC control technology, offering a series of fully automatic functions including automatic lubrication, automatic clamping, and automatic release. Due to the improved density of steel and enhanced tensile strength of materials at the threaded reinforcement section of the new threader, it belongs to a chipless machining device. Compared to manually operated threaders produced using traditional machine tool processes, this model saves raw materials, improves product quality, increases production efficiency, and ensures strong stability.
This machine uses a 1.5 kW motor operating at 380 volts. The gearbox contains two adjustable speeds. One end of the output shaft features a fixed circular die head, while the other end has an impact disc chuck. A feed handle is located at the tail end. To prevent damage to the circular dies during threading, a cooling oil system is installed at the tail end. This cooling oil not only protects the circular dies from damage but also serves as a lubricant for the screws. The length of the threaded groove is adjusted and controlled via a travel switch.
