Equipped with XWPTS intelligent threading units and servo-controlled pipe transfer grippers, the system supports steel pipe sizes from 1/2"-3" (DN15-DN80). The mechanical pipe transfer gripper provides stable pipe handling, Stable pipe holding and transfer performance and accurate positioning, especially suitable for short pipe fabrication.
The production line can process pipe lengths from 300mm short pipe sections to 3m standard pipes, with customized configurations available for pipes up to 6m. It supports galvanized steel pipes, carbon steel pipes and stainless steel pipes, providing consistent laser cutting, marking and double-end threading quality for mass production.

1.Automatic Pipe Storage & Loading System

2. Laser Pipe Cutting & Marking System
The laser processing unit performs automatic pipe cutting and marking according to programmed requirements.
It can also create identification markings including numbers, letters and simple symbols, helping improve pipe identification and prefabrication management.
3. Pipe Transfer Conveyor System

4. Threading Feeding Rack
